     William C. Stamm, son of Wilhelm Stamm and Margaretha Elisa Neu, was born on 27 July 1856 at Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.1 He married Amanda Harr.1

William died of heart disease on 25 February 1940 at Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at age 83 years, 6 months and 29 days1, and was buried on 28 February 1940 at South Side Cemetery.1
