     Friedrich Bolley, son of Karl Bolley and Katharina Russi, was born on 1 July 1863 at Limbach, Homburg, Rheinpfalz, Bayern.1 On 4 August 1872, Friedrich Bolley, 9 years old, lost his mother, Katharina Bolley.3 He married Karoline Brill, daughter of Ludwig Brill and Maria Umlauf, at Limbach.2,4
