     Louis William Kutsch was the son of William Fredrick Kutsch and Mabel LaPlant.1

His parents gave him a party for him before he left for Fort Leavenworth for selective service.4

Louis William Kutsch was seriously wounded on 3 August 1944 at France.2,3

Louis admitted to Halloran General Hospital at Staten Island, NY on 9 August 1944.2

    SUMNER —Mr. and Mrs. William Kutsch received word from the war department last Tuesday that their son, Pfc. Louis Kutsch, was admitted Jan. 3 to the Halloran general hospital at Staten Island. Louis was wounded seriously in France August 3, 1944, and very little information has been received from him since that time.

About thirty young people attended. The Kutsch relatives also gathered at the William Kutsch home on Wednesday evening.
