Naomi Irene Bon, daughter of Gerald Harwood Bon and Liliah Winifred Cramer, was born on 17 February 1941 at Sumner, Dawson County, Nebraska.1,4,5,6,7,8,12,10 She worked as a nurse at Mercy Hospital.3

Naomi I. Hill, 68, of Nampa, passed away on Tuesday , Jan. 19, 2010, at a Boise hospital. Naomi was born on Feb. 17, 1941, in Sumner, Neb. a daughter of Gerald and Liah (Cramer) Bon. She was reared and educated in Roy, Utah, and graduated from Weber High School. She attended Nurses Training School at St. Benedicts in Ogden, Utah. She married Marlin C. Hill on Feb.13, 1965 in Ogden, Utah. Naomi was an avid reader, a lighthouse collector, prayer warrior for her church, and used her phone as a ministry reaching out to many when she could not make it in person. She was a member of the Boise Valley Church of the Brethren.
She enjoyed the outdoors and spending vacations to the mountains with her family. Naomi found much joy in spending time with her grandchildren .
She is survived by her husband of 45 years Marlin Hill of Nampa; one son, James and Julie Hill of Nampa; two daughters, Christine and Mark Rednour, and Suzanne Hill all of Nampa; four brothers, George and Sandra Bon of Norfolk, Va., Roger and Connie Bon of Anchorage, Alaska, David and Carol Bon of Spokane , Wash., and Brent and Anne Bon of Pleasant View, Utah; two sisters, Wanda and Russell McIntosh of Nampa, and Brenda and Ken Wildman of Portland, Ore., and six grandchildren, Timothy, Rachel, Abigail, Joshua, Jennifer , and Janna.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Saturday, Jan. 23, at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Caldwell.
The family would like to invite family and friends to the Boise Valley Church for a luncheon after the service at 12, noon on Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to the building fund at the Boise Valley Church of the Brethren, 4721 North Star Rd. Meridian , ID 83646.
