Georgius Kober, son of Petrus Kober and Brigitte Bettisch, was born on 2 February 1853 at Pîncota, Arad, Romania.2,5,6 He was baptized on 3 February 1853 at Pîncota. His godparents were Georgius Grusniczky and Veronika Pfau, both peasants.1 He married Rosalia Hermele, daughter of Joannes Hermele and Juliana Pfeiffer, on 16 September 1877 at Pîncota. The marriage was performed by Aloysius Magyari. Witnesses were Joannes Schmidt and Josephus Bettisch, both peasants.2,7,4 He was a farmer at Pîncota.3
