Maria Eva Schleppi, daughter of Balthasar Schleppi and Maria Margaretha Hock, was born at Niederbexbach, (Saar-Pfalz-Kreis), (Saarland), Holy Roman Empire (Germany).1 She was baptized on 12 January 1778 at Limbach, (Saarland). Her godparents were Balthasar, the legitimate son of Henrich Schleppi, and her aunt Maria Eva the legitimate daughter of Andreas Schleppi, both from Niederbexbach.1,3 She married Friedrich Diehl.4
Friedrich Diehl died leaving Maria as a widow.4
Maria died on 1 January 1853 at Niederbexbach at age 74 years, 11 months and 20 days.2 She was buried on 4 January 1853 at Niederbexbach.2
