     Raimund Korst was baptized on 7 September 1878 at Neuhäusel. His godparents were Christian Seel, farmer from Kirkel, and Louise Korst, widow of Anton Koch from Abstäberhof.1 He, son of Jacob Korst and Elisabetha Schwarz, was born on 31 August 1887 at Kirkel, Homburg, Rheinpfalz, Bayern.1
