     Ludwig Korst, son of Daniel Christian Korst and Maria Louise Daniel, was born on 1 April 1842 at Limbach, Homburg, Rheinpfalz, Bayern.1,3 According to the civil registration record, he was born on 2 April 1842.2 He was baptized on 7 April 1842 at Limbach. His godparents were Jakob Hilpert, unmarried, and Margaretha Wagner, unmarried, both in Limbach wohnhaft.1 He died on 17 March 1843 at Limbach at age 11 months and 16 days.3,1,4
