     Michael Kemmer, son of Hans Jacob Kemmer and Anna Elisabeth Kuntz, was born in 1715 at Mambächel, (Birkenfeld), (Rheinland-Pfalz), Holy Roman Empire (Germany).1 He married Maria Elisabeth Fregiss, daughter of Heinrich Fregiss, on 13 December 1740 at Baumholder, (Birkenfeld), (Rheinland-Pfalz), Holy Roman Empire (Germany).1
