     Maria Catharina Hussong, daughter of Daniel Johann Hussong and Maria Rosina Luckenbach, was born on 3 September 1754 at Mörsbach, (Zweibrücken), (Rheinland-Pfalz), Holy Roman Empire (Germany).1 She was baptized on 8 September 1754. Her godparents were Christian Rinder from Mörsbach, Maria Catharina, wife of Benjamin Hussong from Limbach, and Maria Margaretha, wife of Christina Brünesholtz from Oberauerbach.1 She married Johann Georg Luz on 30 March 1780 at Wiesbach, (Pirmasens), (Rheinland-Pfalz), Holy Roman Empire (Germany).2
