     Johann Wilhelm Forster, son of Johann Wilhelm Forster and Anna Maria Brocker, was born on 28 February 1725/26 at Ruschberg, (Birkenfeld), (Rheinland-Pfalz), Holy Roman Empire (Germany).1 He married Anna Katharina Löweck, daughter of Matthias Löweck, on 11 May 1756 at Ruschberg.1 Wilhelm emigrated to Galicia with children.2
