     Philip B. Korst, son of Philip Burch Korst and Jessie Pruner, was born on 17 February 1919 at Wisconsin.6,1,2

Philip studied at the University of Wisconsin in 1940. He was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma fraternity.5 He was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma, Beta Theta Pi, and Phi Kappa Phi fraternities in 1942.3 In 1943 he was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity.4

Philip died on 18 May 2003 at age 84 years, 3 months and 1 day.2
