     Christian Balthasar Korst, son of Georg Philipp Korst and Louise Charlotte Klein, was born on 6 March 1824 at Limbach, Homburg, Rheinkreis, Bayern.1,2 He was baptized on 17 March 1824 at Limbach. His godparents were Christian Korst, Balthasar Hock, son of Johann Barthel Hock, Elisabeth Jung, daughter of Theobald Jung, and Philippina Wagner, wife of Jakob Wagner, all from Limbach.1

Christian died on 28 March 1832 at Limbach at age 8 years and 22 days.3
