Margaretha Mennel, daughter of Peter Mennel, was born circa 1686 at Heimbach, (Birkenfeld), (Rheinland-Pfalz), Holy Roman Empire (Germany).2 She married Nikolaus Forster, son of Nikolaus Forster and Anna Catharina (--?--), on 26 January 1719 at Ruschberg, (Birkenfeld), (Rheinland-Pfalz), Holy Roman Empire (Germany).1
Nikolaus died on 3 May 1735 at Ruschberg at age 43, leaving Margaretha as a widow at the age of 49 years.2
