     Friedrich Welsch, son of Friedrich Welsch and Maria Elisabeth Welsch, was born on 24 October 1765 at Langenbach, (Kusel), (Rheinland-Pfalz), Holy Roman Empire (Germany).1 He died on 3 June 1784 at Langenbach at age 18 years, 7 months and 10 days.1
