     Daniel Oberkircher, son of Daniel Oberkircher and Maria Lehmann, was born on 8 June 1862 at Limbach, Homburg, Rheinpfalz, Bayern.1 According to the civil registration record, he was born on 9 June 1862.2 He was baptized on 15 June 1862 at Limbach. Godparents were Jacob Grub, farmer, Jacob Jung, smith, unmarried, Catharina Schmidt, unmarried, all from Limbach, and Catharina Gölzer, wife of Ludwig Jung, from Kirkel.1
