     Ludwig Leibrock, son of Friedrich Leibrock and Maria Eva Leibrock, was born on 31 October 1850 at Limbach, Homburg, Rheinpfalz, Bayern.2,1,3 He was baptized on 10 November 1850 at Limbach. His godparents were Ludwig Leibrock, unmarried, from Limbach, Friedrich Leibrock, unmarried, from Bliesbergerhof, his cousin Catharina Russi, unmarried, from Limbach, and his cousin Eva Hilpert, unmarried, from Bliesbergerhof.1 On 5 January 1853, Ludwig Leibrock, 2 years old, lost his father, Friedrich Leibrock.5,6,7,8 He was confirmed on Palm Sunday 20 March 1864 at Limbach.3
