     Anna Gela Schmidt, daughter of Johann Jost Schmidt and Catharina Riebeling, was born on 29 July 1737 at Ransbach, Ziegenhain, Hessen-Nassau, Holy Roman Empire (Germany). Her godmother was her aunt Anna Gela, wife of Hans Curt Dickhaut von Ransbach.1,2 She was buried on 29 October 1737.2
