     Johann Heinrich Saßmannshausen, son of Johann Wilhelm Saßmannshausen and Anna Catharina Ruloff, was born on 23 August 1691 at Butzbach, (Wetteraukreis), Hessen, Holy Roman Empire (Germany). His godfather was his grandfather, Heinrich Ruloff.1

Heinrich died on 11 May 1738 at Butzbach at age 46 years, 8 months and 18 days.1
