Katherine Margaret "Kay" Martin, 81, of Marysville died July 16, 2000, at her residence.
Born in Anthony, Kan., she was a Yuba-Sutter resident for 39 years.
She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Marysville and was past president of the church women's club. She also was a member of the Golden Age Singers and was the director since 1985.
Survivors include one daughter, Diana K. King of Oroville; one brother, Paul Stamm of Anthony, Kan; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Martin, and nine brothers and sisters.
Memorial contributions may be made to Marysville First United Methodist Church, 730 D St., Marysville, Calif. 95901.
Services: A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m.
Monday at the Marysville First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Carole Vincent officiating. Burial will be in Sutter Cemetery. on 16 July 2000 at Marysville, Yuba County, California, at age 81 years, 2 months and 24 days5,6,7, and was buried at Sutter.5
