     Johann Christoff Rübsamen, son of Jost Wilhelm Rübsamen and Anna Margretha Saulberger, was born on 21 June 1710 at Butzbach, (Wetteraukreis), Hessen-Darmstadt, Heiliges Römisches Reich. His godfather was the butcher, Wenzel Seulburger, his aunt's husband.1 He died on 25 February 1723 at Butzbach at age 12 years, 8 months and 4 days.1
