     Johann Georg Rübsamen, son of Johann Georg Rübsamen and Catharina Hoffmann, was born on 26 June 1702 at Butzbach, (Wetteraukreis), Hessen-Darmstadt, Heiliges Römisches Reich. His godfather was his mother's brother, Georg Hoffmann.1 He died on 19 October 1704 at Butzbach at age 2 years, 3 months and 23 days.1
