     Johann Georg Rübsamen, son of Johann Georg Rübsamen and Catharina Hoffmann, was born on 26 June 1702 at Butzbach, (Wetteraukreis), Hessen, Heiliges Römisches Reich. His godfather was his mother's brother, Georg Hoffmann.1 He died on 19 October 1704 at Butzbach at age 2 years, 3 months and 23 days.1
