     Johann Christoffel Seippel, son of Franciscus Seippel and Anna Elisabetha Rübsamen, was born on 25 December 1696 at Butzbach, (Wetteraukreis), Hessen-Darmstadt, Heiliges Römisches Reich. His godfather was Christoffel Seipel.1

Christoffel died on 9 September 1772 at Butzbach at age 75 years, 8 months and 15 days.1
