     Elisabetha Catharina Bürsten, daughter of Johann Caspar Bürsten and Catharina Krecker, was born on 18 February 1696 at Butzbach, (Wetteraukreis), Hessen-Darmstadt, Heiliges Römisches Reich. Her godmother was her aunt, the wife of Tobias Krecker.1

Elisabetha died on 13 May 1758 at Butzbach at age 62 years, 2 months and 25 days.1
