     Reitz Dörr, son of Paul Dörr and Anna Ursula (--?--), was born on 15 June 1649 at Merzhausen, Ziegenhain, Hessen-Nassau, Heiliges Römisches Reich. He was the twin brother of Johannes.2 He was confirmed in 1662 at Merzhausen.2 He married Catharina Hooß, daughter of Johannes Hooß and Elisabeth Lotz, on 29 October 1674 at Ascherode, Ziegenhain, Hessen-Nassau, Heiliges Römisches Reich.3,1 Reitz was a "Grebe", lay member of the court, administrator in the church office, and farmer on Hof Nr. 13 at Merzhausen.2

Reitz died before 1733 at Ascherode.2
