     Conrad Engel, son of Johann Jost Engel and Anna Barbara Andreas, was born circa 1721 at Ober-Gleen, (Vogelsbergkreis), Hessen-Kassel, Holy Roman Empire (Germany).1 He died on 1 April 1721 at Ober-Gleen1, and was buried on 3 April 1721 at Ober-Gleen.1
